Description
Riley Blaise is the streetfighting fiery beauty from the depths of the underworld. Summoned to the mortal realm by the Hellions, the infernal demon easily broke free of their binding spells, intent on destroying her would-be masters utterly. Instead, a few choice encounters and time spent in the City of Heroes slowly tempered her vengeful spirit.
Settling into a life among mortals, she took the shapely humanoid form you see today, fighting crime in the back alleys of Paragon City. Using her fists and flames, Riley dishes out brutal, but (mostly) fair punishment against the wicked and damned.
History
Origins
The offspring of a greater rage demon and succubus, Morganthe the Spiteful was as violent as she was beautiful. Reveling in brutality, she participated in many divine conflicts, quickly growing in power and influence. Loved and loathed by the denizens of the underworld, she was on a steady track to becoming a Lady of Wrath. Fate, however, had other plans for the infernal.
Enter the Hellions, Paragon City's local satanic gang. Seeking allies in their war against the Skulls, the wannabe cult summoned Morganthe from the underworld. To their horror, they found themselves outclassed by the infernal. Easily breaking their crude binding spells, she vowed to annihilate her captors before escaping into the City of Heroes.
