This is of course sample info from her discord, but will add more
IC: Her birth mutation is obvious, as she has wings. Her main powers that kicked in with puberty are Dark Assault, which are explained as .. well She has no clue how to explain them other then she pushes out dark energy in blasts that she can control..to an extent. (The Mind Control is connected to another part of history that will be left to discovery during RP.. or once I get her Wiki page done it will be there *wink*)
Weaknesses/Flaws: Her wings are week to fire, and water. Her dark energy she blasts out are weakend by Holy magic, or Light powers. Not destroyed, but weakened. She has a couple ticks, or she has been told that cause her left eye to twitch the more nervous she gets. From time to time some might think it switches to her right eye, but I am sure they are mistaken.
Short Bio:  Her wings started coming in shortly after birth. Nothing more then little bumps at about six months, soon they tore through and her parents rejoiced. They were both mutants and it made them so happy to see she would also recieve the gift. When the time came and she was able to learn to control her powers she quickly began training. Now her journey has begun and she hopes to do her parents proud by helping to save the city and possibly the planet.

<b>Frosted Jill</b> is a teacher at Paragon City's School for Gifted Youngsters. She teaches mostly the control of powers, and the background the students all need to know on magic, especially dealing with magic-based powers of the gangs and wide-spread villain groups that the "kids" will encounter.

These days, she's the only remaining faculty at the school, and is engaged in finding places for the remaining students so that she can close up shop. She hopes to take up a proper teaching position at an active school after, but she has to get her students situated first.

Jill Frosthelm was packed along everywhere by her parents, including on their trips to Nepal. This led to her being missing when their chartered plane went down in the mountains, and they were given up for lost in the icy cold. She emerged several years later, much changed, claiming to have been cared for by Yeti and a hidden sect of sorcerers. Whatever the truth of those claims, she seems to feel no cold, and doesn't like being too warm. The minor publicity died down, and she made her way to Paragon City to help out, as was rather the fashion at the time (in the immediate aftermath of the first Rikti war).


She has since filled in the time between bits of "heroing" by learning what she'd missed of formal education relating to the modern world, and even earning a master's degree in education. Much of her heroing has been versus the arson outbreaks from the Hellions, and the Paragon City Fire Department has issued her several commendations.
