Bijou Antionette a.k.a. Beads operates her family’s jewelry story out of the Big Easy. Beads is a criminal moniker and identity that began with her grandmother and is handed down the generations. Bijou was once a member of the Louisiana crime syndicate known as the Krewe along with former members Faux DeCoy (Counterfeit), Lisette/Lis (Fleur-De-Lis), Kiss Goodnight, Baron Samedi, Love Potion, Pelican, Gator, and False.

Bijou will make her first appearance in an AE mission, titled The Getaways: Friend or Faux (arc id# 54553). In this mission Faux DeCoy’s former team the Krewe, now lead by False (one of Faux’s clone duplicates gone rogue) draw Faux back to New Orleans to fulfill a hit contract placed by a now sentient False. Faux will visit Bijou’s jewelry store to obtain a signature Krewe weapon known as a Guild dagger to challenge False for leadership of the Krewe and end the hit ordered against him. In the aftermath of Friend or Faux the Getaways’ mastermind and backer the Accomplice has been impressed by Beads operation in New Orleans and sends invitation to recruit her into the Getaways. Which Beads accepts and becomes a criminal fence for the team.

Beads hides her identity behind carnival masks and accessorizes her image with Mardi Gras beads.
